Question:
I have just bought a 2020 Chevrolet 2500HD and it has a 7 way connector already installed. Will the above mentioned subject item number be compatible with my truck??

The Curt Echo # C51180 is indeed compatible with your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500HD as is! Just plug it into the 7-Way at your bumper and the installation is complete!
Just make sure that you have an Apple device with an OS of 8.0 or newer or an Android device with an OS of 4.4 or newer and you're good to go.
