In order to use a ladder rack with the BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover part # BAK448130 for 5-3/4' beds you can use the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH43002XT-782 or the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4002965. These options will both work well for utility use like ladders etc. and recreational use like kayaks etc.
Unfortunately, there would be no way to use the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack.
