I have an option for you but there are currently not any air bag systems that work with the 2017 Ford Expedition suspension.

Instead, I recommend the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs for Coil Spring Suspension part # CSS-1168. The Coil SumoSprings are a great option to prevent the rear sag that you may be experiencing because they easily install inside the coils of the rear suspension and stiffens the springs under heavy loads. Since they do not need to be adjusted constantly like air bags they are also more convenient.
