The WeatherTech Cargo Liner - Black # WT401086 is the correct firt for your 2020 BMW X3 Hybrid as long as you don't have the optional spare tire. If you have the optional spare tire then you will use # WT401087 instead. The manufacturer doesn't specify a different shape for the Hybrid model.
If you are still concerned about that, then I recommend using the Universal Fit # WT11AVMCB which can be trimmed to shape instead of the custom molding.
