The Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Observation Camera System w/ 3 Marker Light Cameras # FR98NR is very popular mainly because it gives you side lights that also act as marker lights so they are a little hidden and the whole system just looks pretty sleek.
The exact install can vary but typically you will just replace current lights with these cameras so that you have easy access to wiring connections. Attached is a sample installation that Shane did on a 2009 Forest River Cedar Creek that you can check out to get an idea of what it all entails. One of the cool things about this Furrion Vision S system is that you can add a 4th camera with part # FCN48TASF and have it mounted anywhere.
I really like the Vision S system and I think you're really going to enjoy it. The wireless connectivity helps to streamline everything as it's less connections you have to make.
If you were to want something different then my second recommendation would be the Rear View Safety Backup 4 Camera System # RVS-062710 with the Trailer Tow Quick Connect/Disconnect Kit # RVS-2133. This gives you 3 cameras to install on your 2020 Jayco Redhawk 24B as well as one more to install on your tow vehicle if that is desired. For this option it's all hardwired which makes the install a bit more involved, but the advantage of a wired system is that if anything ever malfunctions it's a lot easier to diagnose some damaged wires than it is some signals floating around in the air.
So to sum things up, go with the Vision S, but if you want wired then I recommend the RVS system.
