Looking for dual hitch adapter with 4 in that can tow a trailer in the lower position. seems most of hitches will only tow a car. Can you please recommend something?

The closest option we have to exactly what you mentioned is the # D210 which is a ball mount and hitch opening dual setup but it has a 2 inch drop. If you have trailer now and you are wanting an additional hitch opening for an accessory the Stormberg Bike Bunk part # CC-275 is a great solution as it gives you an additional hitch opening higher up on the a-frame trailer.
