I can tell you how to figure out the exact hub you need for your 1991 Ranger Trailer although there is no database that specifies each part for a trailer like your Ranger.
Even though it is likely to have the 3,500 lb axles you are going to need to verify exactly what is on your trailer as it can vary; to do this you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.
If you are unable to find them, you need to use Digital Caliper # PTW80157 and measure your spindle to the hundredth of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure.
Once you know the bearings you have or their measurements you can go to the page I linked which has our selection of hubs and find the correct one, or you can let me know what bearings you have or measurements you took and I'd be happy to find the right one for you.
