Do u sell a hitch to fit a 2019 Honda passport that does not interfere with the hands free lift gate?

Both the Draw-Tite # 76290 and the Curt # C13421 are confirmed to fit your 2019 Honda Passport. They both state that the hands free sensors may be obstructed and function will be limited or possibly even lost. We haven't yet installed that hitch on your model year so we don't have the ability to give any further information on that. Sometimes sensors can be adjusted or repositioned to allow function of the hands free lift gate so I personally wouldn't hesitate but it may take a little work around to get the functions to work.
