The Mighty Cord Replacement RV Power Inlet - 50 Amp Twist Lock - White # A10-50INVP will allow you to use a cable like Mighty Cord RV Power Cord with Handle - 50 Amp Male to Twist Lock Female Connector - 25' Long # A10-5025ED.
The voltage flowing through these connectors can be the 240v you referenced as long as your RV transfer switch is rated for such. If you need that, I recommend the Progressive Dynamics Transfer Switch - Metal Case - 50 Amp - 120V/240V # PD52.
