Torque Requirements for Adjustment Bolts of Demco Rail Kit Adapter # DM6333

Question:
I purchased the Demco 6333 and had to adjust the puck system to fit the truck puck hold down. After this adjustment I wanted to torque the 9/16 bolts to a specific ft lbs but couldn’t find that specification. Could you help with this?

According to the Demco install instructions I attached for the # DM6333 all of the hardware that holds the pucks in position should be torqued to 35 ft lbs.
