Wall Vent Recommendation for Enclosed Trailer
Updated 04/15/2020 | Published 04/14/2020 >
Question:
I have a 6x12 trailer, I want to install 4inch or larger vents. How many vents and where would you recommend placement? I do not want them installed on the roof. Thank you

Helpful Expert Reply:
The largest side wall vent we have for trailers is 3 inch diameter like the part # HMAV2-AVT2 that you referenced. These do an excellent job venting out hot air in enclosed trailers. I'd install them higher on the walls since hot air rises and probably at the back of the trailer. I'd start with maybe two and see if you like how they perform and add more if you need it. For most people just a pair of these is all that's needed.
I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
