I measured the oil cap the screw in measurements are 2 1/16 inch across. Which one do I need ?

If the hub bore opening on a trailer hub measures 2-1/16" then the correct threaded grease seal to use is the Bearing Buddy Bearing Protectors part # BB2080T-SS. The oil seal can be used with grease so you don't have to worry about replacing that as well. You'll just need grease such as the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease part # L11380 to complete the swap .

We have two threaded style Bearing Buddies which is the style that fits oil-bath hubs. We have the part #BB1980T-SS which fits if the hub bore is 1.98 inch or we have the part #BB2080T-SS which fits if the diameter is 2.080 inch.

Since you measured the cap dimensions and got 2.08 inches the correct Bearing Buddy is the #BB2080T-SS you referenced. This is a stainless steel version too which means that it won't rust which is great for a marine application like yours.
