Question:
My new vehicle will have a class 2 trailer hitch. Will your adaptor allow me to carry the weight of 4 bikes?

The 1-1/4 inch to 2 inch hitch adapter part # 80303 that you referenced could potentially work for you but adapters like this end up cutting the capacity of the hitch they are installed in by 50 percent so you'd have to add up the weight of your bikes and rack and determine if you'd have the needed capacity.
