I have seen this sometimes happen with the SuperChips Flashpaq like your # SU2845 on trucks that have a remote start or aftermarket stereo installed. You'll want to check the wires going back to the OBD-II port to see if there is anything spliced into the purple wire. If there is, go ahead and remove it.
If that doesn't work, also see if it sounds like the door chime is coming from behind the stereo in the dash, instead of the door speakers. If it is, you will want to pull the stereo out and disconnect the chime box - which is just a small speaker. Doing this should allow the tuner to communicate with the truck and you should be good to go.
Just let me know if you the issue still persists and I will be happy to look into this further.
