While we don't have exact replacement parts or a way to figure out what fits the specs of your Long Chih Industrial LCI-850T trailer, we should still be able to help you out. All you'll need to do is take some measurements to ensure that you get the correct parts.
For a replacement bearing you need to use a digital caliper and measure the spindle where the bearing rides to the 3rd decimal place (1.234 for example). If you could also let me know the weight rating of your axle that would help.
When it comes to the dust cap you just need to measure the hub bore that faces outwards. This is the open center section of your hub bore where your dust cap will sit.
I am linking our replacement bearing and dust cap selections for you to filter through, but if you'd like a recommendation I can help you out if you can get me the measurements I mentioned above.
