It will indeed. The # DGR6VP Hott Rod RV Water Heater Propane to Electric Conversion Kit is compatible with Atwood, Suburban, American, and Moreflow water heaters with 6 gallon tanks. Dometic bought out Atwood, so their water heaters are identical.
