Can Trailer's Breakaway Battery Switch Have Power From Battery and Trailer Wiring Ran to It

Question:
Just ordered sitch kit from you. Looks like my old switch is powered from the breakaway battery and the auxiliary wire from my plug that hooks to the truck. Will this hurt anything by having two power sources to the switch

Unlike AC power DC power can have two power sources ran to the same thing like you described without issue.
