The best towing mirrors for a 2010 Dodge Ram are going to be the K-Source custom fit extendable towing mirrors with electric mirror face and heat feature, # KS60183-84C. The highest rated universal fit towing mirror is # 11953. I have included a link to a video review of this mirror for you.
The custom fit mirrors will replace the factory mirrors. The universal fit mirror will clip onto the factory mirror housing. The custom fit mirrors will have significantly less vibration when compared to the universal mirror. If you do a lot of towing, the custom mirrors are the way to go. If you tow only a few times a year I would go with the universal mirrors.
