The CIPA Towing Mirrors part # CM11400 that you referenced are a confirmed fit for your 2018 Ram 2500 and are a really great option for better visibility when towing a trailer. I attached a picture of what they look like installed as well as an install video.
If instead you were looking for a set of replacement mirrors for your truck the K-Source part # KS60193-94C are a fit and a really great option as well.
