Will this attach cleanly to a Prinsu Cab Rack on a 2019 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab?

Yes. I was able to do a bit of research and find out that the crossbars on the Prinsu Designs Cab Rack are 2" wide x 1" tall. Because of these dimensions, the clamps on the Thule Pulse Large Rooftop Cargo Carrier # TH615 will fit on these crossbars and no tools are required for installation. The Pulse cargo box provides you with 16 cu/ft of storage for gear and comes with a lockable hatch to keep everything secure.
