Does Thule Apex XT Bike Rack Fit Trailer Hitch With Hitch Pin Hole 1-1/2 Inches Deep

Question:
My hitch has a pin hole 1 1/2 inches from the hitch opening, exactly. Will the rack fit ok, or stick out too much and not be sturdy? Hitch mount is solid steel, not tubing, correct? Includes hitch and bike rack cable lock? Will fit 2017 Toyota 4Runner?

The Thule Apex XT 2-Bike Rack # TH9024XT requires the distance from the front of the hitch to the center of the hitch pin hole to be a minimum of 1-1/2 inches, so if yours is 1-1/2 inches then yes, it will fit. It won't stick out too much and will be extremely stable.
The stinger is solid steel and the rack does come with a cable lock and hitch lock to give you the security you are looking for and helping protect your investments. It will fit any vehicle with a hitch - including your 2017 Toyota 4Runner - so long as the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of your bumper is less than 7 inches.
