Question:
2016 ROCKWOOD ultra lite: Considering using a set of SCISSOR JACKS mounted to 6x6 wood blocks and placing next to the tires to stop the bouncing. The BOUNCE will almost bounce you out of the bed!! Kids borrowed the travel trailer and bent the front stabilizers trying to stop the BOUNCE. Any recommendations?

For a travel trailer like your 2016 Rockwood Ultra Lite the best solution to prevent the movement is the Electric Ground Control TT system part # LC672136 which with the push of a button will level and stabilize the trailer better than other options. But it's not a cheap solution.
Scissor jacks like the part # TJSC-24 are one option but like you found they don't totally get rid of the movement as well as something like the Ground Control or something like the Ultra Fab # UF39-941704.
