Yes, the Curt Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # C57186 that you referenced does come with everything needed to run charge line for trailer battery charging. What this comes with that's related to that is 10 gauge wire plus a 40 amp circuit breaker needed to activate this circuit.
