I was unable to find a photo of what the Reflect O Lite # 278 looks like. However, I do have a replacement lens that matches that size in amber it is the Optronics 4" x 1-1/2" Replacement Amber Lens # A44AB. I have included a photo of what it looks like installed to give you an idea if it is a match for yours. If not please let me know.
