two puestions. Will it work on a F250 and it had a 5th wheel of some kind on it before so the holes may not line up with the reese 5th wheel.would it be OK two drill more holes two fit the reese 5th wheel on the F250 and if not what else can i do. THANK YOU

Your best solution is going to be an all new custom rail kit for your 2006 Ford F-250 like the part # RP50082-58 for a couple of reasons. One reason is you can't mix bracket and rail kit manufacturers and since we don't know what brand rails you have I can't possibly guarantee you that any of the bracket kits would work well with it. Other reason is that the custom install kits install without frame drilling so you wouldn't have to drill additional holes.
