Will The UWS Toolbox # UWS08298 Fit With The Canister From A RetraxPRO MX Tonneau cover

I have a 2021 F350 w/ 8foot bed. Will this tool box fit under a Retrax pro MX retractable cover or will the canister hit the box?

The back portion of the UWS Secure Lock Truck Bed Chest # UWS08298 is 12-1/2" tall and the canister for the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80384 is going to sit 11-5/8" down from the top of the bedrails. From what I can find online a stock F-350 has a bedrail height that's approximately 21.1" so you would run into a clearance issue and only be able to place the toolbox up against the canister.
