can i remove regulator and hose and buy one to hook hose up directly to my camper quick connect. my camper is set for 11 inch water coulumn

Since your camper already has a quick disconnect, a propane grill hose like # 100304-120-MBS is exactly what you'd need to connect to the 3/8 male flare fitting after the existing regulator and hose on your Blackstone Tailgator gas grill is removed.
