Will Thule Insta-Gater Pro Truck Bed Bike Rack Work With Road Bikes?

Question:

Im interested in the Thule Insta-gator truck bed bike rack. but Im concerned that it wont work with a high end, skinny tire road bike carbon frame.

Although a mountain bike with a wide tire is shown in the product description photos, the Thule Insta-Gater will work great with your road bike. The foam padded locking bar with ratcheting action will tightly grip your bike wheel, keeping your bike secure. This rack is also lockable, with the integrated cable lock.
