Does this aluminum screen cover mount over the screen?

The Camco RV Adjustable Screen Door Standard Grille part # CAM43980 mounts behind the mesh screen on your entry door. In order to offer protection of the original mesh screen, it must be installed in this fashion. The original mesh screen would then still work to help keep out bugs.
