Hello, I have 2019 Ford 150 short bed , in the bed of the truck I have a low profile weather guard tool box. my question what is the height from bed floor to bike rack ? will it work over the low profile tool box ?

If the top of your tool box is lower than the bed rails of your 2019 Ford F-150 the Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 would fit easily.
Worst case scenario the rack would fit behind the tool box like in the picture I attached.
