The Yakima # Y01160 Bed Rock will indeed work with the Nissan Utili-Track system in the bed of your 2017 Titan. The included clamps put pressure against the underside of the rail as shown in the photo I've provided, which holds the rack system securely in place.

If you have the Yakima BedRock HD Towers for Truck Bed Rails #Y01160 already all you need to complete the rack on your 2022 Toyota Tundra is the 68 inch HD crossbars you referenced part #Y01158 and you'd be set. I confirmed this with Yakima.
