While I have a very similar setup that is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Ram ProMaster 2500 the Yakima tray you mentioned does not fit. Instead we have the Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform part # JB0181 which is a direct fit and comes with everything needed to install. The tray is 100 inches long and 62 inches wide.

I couldn't figure out how to ask a new question, so I'll ask my two questions here. I'm considering the LockNLoad for a 2005 Sprinter with raingutters. I already have raingutter mounts with round crossbars. I'm wondering if you think I can use Roundbar SL adpaters Item # 8880641 to mount the LockNLoad directly to the crossbars instead of the CrossBar Clamps? Also, do you think I could place Item # 8880179 (tower kits) in the t-slots on the platform to then mount round bars and place a cargo box on the platform? It seems like these would work to mount round bars. Thanks!

The RoundBar SL Adapter # 8880641 is actually used for connecting a RoundBar to one of the standard Yakima roof rack bases and it isn't designed to be used as you mentioned. The Adapter Kit # Y05042 is what you'd use for those towers but it won't fit your Rain Gutter Towers so you're going to need to use a LockNLoad with the clamps. I reached out to my contact at Yakima about the Tower Kit # 8880179 fitting on the LockNLoad and she said that they haven't tried that fit so they can't speak to it but she did say that you could potentially use one of their Perimeter Rail Kits (see linked) as a makeshift crossbar system. This hasn't been tested either so you would need to use caution, and you'd nee to choose the kit that matches the dimensions of the LockNLoad that you end up using.
