Question:
Will the gen y torsion work with Equal I zer 4 point sway control system
asked by: Todd Y
Expert Reply:
Yes the Gen-Y Torsion Weight Distribution Shank part # 325-GH-1202 has been designed for use with weight distribution systems and the holes are on the same 1.25" separation meaning the will fit together with no issues and give you a nice smooth ride.
The Gen-Y Hitch is longer than your current shank so if your safety chains were the exact length you needed they may need to be extended using the RoadMaster 8" Safety Cable Extensions part # RM-910648-8 these will make up the length difference and offer an 8000 lb. rating. Happy Hauling!
