Question:
C11486 Why is this only for the hybrid? I have a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Plug-In and was thinking of buying this to use with a bike rack. Will it still fit with the Plug-In?

You can definitely carry a bike with your 2020 Hyundai Ioniq plug-in, but trailer hitches, including the one you referenced, require specific frame mounting points as well as the room needed under the vehicle for a hitch to mount. An Ioniq plug-in does not have the needed area to mount a hitch, so in order to carry a bike, you will need a trunk-mounted bike rack.
The trunk-mounted bike rack that is confirmed to fit your 2020 Hyundai Ioniq is the Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Rack # Y02634.
Aside from being a fit the FullBack is a really high-quality rack and a great way to transport your bikes because of its premium anti-sway cradles and integrated security features which protect the investments you made in both your bike and the rack.
The FullBack - which is available as a 2-bike carrier # Y02634 or 3-bike carrier # Y02633 - work together with ratcheting straps to secure your bikes at three different points so they don't make any contact with each other or your Hyundai. The FullBack also helps protect your investments because it has a cable lock which secures your bikes to the rack as well as a steel-reinforced strap that stores inside your hatch to help keep the FullBack safely on the back of your car.
I have added links to a couple video reviews of the FullBack 2-Bike Rack # Y02634 and 3-Bike Rack # Y02633 for you to check out as well.
