Can you confirm that this unit will fit on my car. I looked below my car and don’t see how this would fit yet your website and the manufacturer last website says it fits.

According to Stealth Hitch, the proper hitch for your vehicle is part # 391AUDA4A5S509. I just spoke with my Stealth Hitch representative to confirm this for you. I've linked the installation instructions for you. This hitch would be compatible with a bike rack, but not for towing purposes. If you wanted to tow with the hitch use part # 391AUDA4A5S52T.
The # 391AUDQ509 hitch you'd looked at is a fit for the 2016 Q5 or SQ5, but NOT the S5.
