Yes, the Extang Trifecta Signature 2.0 # EX94430 is designed so that water doesn't get through the material itself. This cover also comes with snap-on rubber seals to help keep water out of your truck bed.
Please note that this tonneau cover fits various models of 2009 - 2019 Ram pickups with a 6-1/2' bed. If you can let me know what the year/make/model is of your pickup as well as the length of the bed I can confirm fitment for you.
