Question:
What is the best product to attach a 1976 Six Pac camper to my 1994 GMC P/U? And will my slide in bed liner interfere with the installation?

I recommend using the same tie downs that you have referenced, # HSSF, for your 1994 GMC K1500. Provided your truck is not a dually and does not have a double wall bed, these tie downs will fit. They will support a camper that is an appropriate size for your truck.
I also recommend using the hardware package # TDHP with the tie downs. I have included some pictures showing how the tie downs install.
Using tie downs like this, which are the best option for you, would require trimming the bed liner away in the area the tie downs need to mount.
