I need a garnish trim ring for my ceiling vent. The size is 13x13x 5 3/8. Can not find.

The Ceiling Garnish for Ventline Roof Vent part # VA0445-37 is our best match as it measures 5-5/16" tall and the inside opening measures around 13" - 13-1/4 depending on if you include the flange. I am not sure where you are measuring but if you are measuring the inside opening then the above should work well for you.

Please note, garnish trim rings are pretty universal so you shouldn't have to much issue and a bit of a gap won't really be a big deal either. If you can provide me with the model number of your vent (under screen) I can go about confirming the exact replacement part but again the above should work just fine.
