While the Adarack mid level ladder rack part # AD24FR that you referenced isn't available in black we do have the similar Yakima OutPost HD Overland part # Y01152-58 which also fits your 2017 Chevy Colorado and is black like you are wanting. This rack has bars that are more aerodynamically shaped so that you'd have minimal wind noise and also has channels in the tops of the bars which allows them to be compatible with much more roof rack accessories.
