I have a 2019 Toyota Camry hybrid and I would like to pull my very lightweight kayak trailer with lights. What do I need? I Have 15 inches from the coupler to the ground it takes a 1-7/8 ball

To tow the lightweight kayak trailer with your 2019 Toyota Camry you will need a hitch, wiring, ball mount with ball, and a pin with clip.
For the hitch, I recommend Class I Curt Trailer hitch receiver part # C11576 which is a 1-1/4" hitch receiver and fits the hybrid model. I have attached a video for your reference.
You will also need wiring to illuminate the trailer lights. I recommend the Curt T-connector 4-pole flat part # C34FR which will plug in behind the tail lights.
When we installed the Draw-Tite trailer hitch on the Toyota Camry there was about 10-1/2 inches from the top of the trailer hitch to the ground. Since your coupler height is taller than the hitch you will need a ball mount with about a 5" rise to tow level. I recommend Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches part # 36065 which has a 5" rise and comes with a pin and clip. I recommend 1-7/8" Hitch Ball part # 19256 which is compatible with this ball mount.
