What do I have to trim on the rear of my 2020 Tesla Model 3 to install this EcoHitch?

On the 2018 models it was true that you had to trim a hole in the lower rear fascia. However for your 2020 Tesla Model 3 to install the # EH84GR It is no longer necessary to trim it because they come with a knock out in that location so that the lower hitch opening can attach to the hitch's main crossbeam.

Hi,I got my Tesla 3 LR in August 2019. It appears that it has a removebale cover underneath bumper. Does this mena I can skip the step of cutting an opening? Also, will trailer hitch fit?
