Will a trailer hitch installed on a 2010 Cadillac SRX fit on a 2018 xt5

The two vehicles are different enough that a hitch that fits one of them would not fit the other. So for the 2018 Cadillac XT5 you'd need the etrailer part # e62AR that you referenced. I attached and install video for this hitch on a very similar 2017 XT5 as yours for you to check out as well.
If you are in need of trailer wiring, you'd want the # 118720 as well. Install video attached for this too.
