Finding Port for Installing Trailer Wiring on 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon

Question:
I purchased a harness and hitch from etrailer and tried to follow the directions from the video but can not locate the connection port. Are you sure it’s behind the panel?

Finding the connection point for the trailer wiring part # C56040 can be challenging. We've had a few customer report having a harder time finding it. One lady told us it was a matter of reaching further than you'd think past the panel to get to it. I attached a picture of the review which has other tips as well as a link on this page to the install video she referenced that she said was helpful.
