Are new bolts included with a pair of C16904 legs for a Q20 head. If not is it possible to buy a bolts kit separately Tkx

As you can see in the provided photo, the hardware needed to attach the # C16904 Curt Q20 Replacement Legs to the hitch center section are included, as are the pins and clips used to attach the hitch to the bed rails.
