I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57385 for the 2020 Ford F-150 4WD with a fifth wheel hitch in the bed because these bags are compatible with the fifth wheel hitch brackets without drilling. Some other air bag kits require drilling through the brackets of the fifth wheel hitch install kit to install them. The bags are also designed with a upper and lower roll plate to reduce the chance of the bag getting punctured.
