According to my contact at Air Lift, the correct LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit for your 2010 Ford F250 would be part # AL57212.
My contact did not have any information available regarding the maximum amount of heat the air bag can take without failing, but he assured me that the heat shield will protect air bags within 1 inch of the exhaust.
The # AL57215 you referenced is designed to fit a 1989 Ford F350.
