Is Galvanized Steel Roller Assembly Compatible with Aluminum Boat Trailer Frame
Updated 01/27/2020 | Published 01/26/2020 >
Question:
I see it’s hot dipped, but I have an aluminum frame. Will this bracket cause a problem if I mount it to my trailer?, thanks

There will be some corrosion if you attempt to mount the CE Smith Keel Roller Assembly for 3" Wide Trailer Tongues - Galvanized Steel and Black Rubber # CE32003G to your aluminum frame boat trailer.
Aluminum roller assemblies can be somewhat difficult to find however, so if you want to use these galvanized steel assemblies you can, but you will want to make sure you mount a barrier (there is even "barrier tape") between the two metals so they don't come in contact.
I have added a link to a video review of this part for you to check out as well.
