Question:
These bags were transferred from standard height 2000 F150 to 6” lifted 2000 F150 and used bags for years. One ripped out from bottom blind but. Will the replacement 9000 bags be fine installed in 8-1/2” spacing between existing brackets?

Expert Reply:
The Firestone Rear Air Spring # F9000 that you referenced is the correct replacement air spring for the Firestone Sport-Rite System on your 2000 Ford F-150, which is the part # F2320. This should be a direct replacement to what you already have so there won't be any issues with spacing or clearance.
The air spring just needs to have between 7-1/4" and 9" of space between the upper and lower brackets for ideal performance.
