Does Replacement Hardware Bag Fit 1A Towers Made In 1990

Question:
Do the handles in the this kit replace all generations of the 1A towers? My towers are 30 years old and do not have the metal hardware to receive lock cores. Thanks.

I checked with Yakima just now and they state that the # Y8810136 fits the 1A towers that were made all the way back to 1980 so they would fit yours that were made around 1990.
