The trailer wiring of your 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SHOULD have the turn signals already combined since that is the standard wiring and Dodge has always abided by same wiring setups. Your generation of Dodge truck doesn't use traditional fuse/breakers for circuit protection of the trailer wiring and instead has all of that integrated into the TIPM of the vehicle. The only way you can get that reset is by going to a Dodge dealer.

We do have a solution that allows you to bypass that if you are okay with a little bit of wiring.

The best way around the TIPM is to bypass it all together with the trailer wiring. For that you can use the wiring harness part # 119178KIT for a 4-way, and then for converting the 4-way to a 7-way you would want to use part # 37185 for if you don't have a brake controller and part # ETBC7 for if you do.
